Terms & Conditions for "Win a Free Print" Competition

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of UK and USA aged 16 or over, except for employees of Designed by Leanne Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Agreement to Rules

• By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Designed by Leanne Limited as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.

3. Competition Period

• Entries will be accepted online starting from 12:00 AM GMT on 2nd April 2024 and ending at 11:59 PM GMT on 31st December 2026. Winners will be chosen separately on 01/07/24, 01/10/24, 01/01/25, 01/04/25, 01/07/25, 01/10/25, 01/01/26, 01/04/26, 01/07/26 and 01/01/27. To qualify for a specific prize date selection, an entry must be submitted before the specific prize date and after the previous date. Final entries for the final date must be submitted by 31/12/26.  

4. How to Enter

• The competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the hashtag #designedbyleanne on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. The entry must fulfill all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Designed by Leanne Limited.

5. Prizes

• The Winner(s) of the competition (the “Winner”) will receive a free print worth up to £35, including shipping fees. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Designed by Leanne Limited discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Odds

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Designed by Leanne Limited. Winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook/TikTok within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Designed by Leanne Limited shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

8. Rights Granted by You

• By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Designed by Leanne Limited, anyone acting on behalf of Designed by Leanne Limited, and Designed by Leanne Limited’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

9. Terms & Conditions

• Designed by Leanne Limited reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Designed by Leanne Limited’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.

10. Limitation of Liability

• By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Designed by Leanne Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment.
