Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return has been received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues:

Please get in touch immediately if a product arrives defective or damaged, or if your receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

We accept cancellations if made within 24 hours of purchase:

If you purchase a personalised item, we will accept cancellations if made within 24 hours after purchase, or before a first preview is sent.
